Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew in performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, and trimming.
• Assist with small installations and other landscaping projects as needed.
• Report to the Foreman and collaborate with team members to ensure project completion.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are met on all job sites.

Qualifications

• Some landscaping experience preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Valid PA driver's license.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug test.

Compensation

Earn up to $25.00/hour based on verifiable experience. Work 36 hours per week and receive pay for 40 hours with perfect punctuality and attendance.

• Pay range is $20 to $25 per hour

Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screening
Must be able to be at work Tuesday through Friday 7:15am to 4:45 pm
Must have a Valid PA Driver's License
Must exhibit professional conduct with clients and coworkers
